A Placement Service by Maids Digital (Mumbai) By accessing or using www.MaidsDigital.com, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions regarding recruitment and placement services offered by Maids Digital:
- Service Scope: Recruitment of maids, cooks, babysitters, nannies, Japa maids, elderly & patient caregivers, and related staff.
- Client-Centric Hiring: Final hiring is your responsibility; we only facilitate candidate shortlisting and
- Professional Fee: Equal to one month’s gross salary of the selected candidate + 18%
- Salary Excluded: Client must pay the candidate’s salary separately; our fee is for recruitment
- Fee Structure: 50% at before selection, 50% after joining the candidate; full advance
- Contract Validity: One-year from the registration date with up to 3 free replacements (conditions apply).
- Free Replacements: Only applicable if no mistreatment, duty change, or salary delay is
- Payment Methods: All fees must be paid to ―Maids Digital‖ via bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or authorized gateway.
- Joining Timeline: Candidate joins within 1 to 7 days after final confirmation and balance
- Non-Refundable Clause: No refunds once a candidate joins, under any
- Refund Policy: 50% refundable only if no candidate is placed within 45 working
- Salary Dues Block Replacement: Pending salaries of prior candidates block new service or
- Data Confidentiality: Sharing, reusing, or reselling candidate data is prohibited and legally
- Interview Process: Done over phone, video call, or personal visits as per client
- Job Role Clarity: Clearly define duties, location, hours, holidays, and expectations in
- No Task Expansion: Candidate must not be forced into unrelated or excess work post-
- Transfer Restriction: Relocating candidates to another household/employer is not allowed without our
- Cancellation Policy: Registration once done is non-cancellable and non-
- Flexibility in Joining: Candidate joining may delay during emergencies, holidays, or health
- Delayed Fee Consequences: Payment delay may postpone candidate
- Medical Check Option: Clients may arrange a medical check-up at their own cost before
- Police Verification: Advised to be conducted by the client post-
- Behavioral Issues: Report any misconduct or problem to us immediately for
- Verification Provided: We offer candidate’s basic ID, references & address proof (as shared by them).
- Retention Guarantee: We do not guarantee long-term retention post-placement; behavior & fit
- Humane Working Conditions: Candidate must be treated respectfully, with food, rest, and
- Complaint Resolution: Disputes will be reviewed case-by-case; company not liable beyond
- No Original Documents: Only soft copies/scanned documents are shared, not
- Contract Renewal: After 1-year expiry or 3 replacements, re-registration is
- Holiday Appointment Charges: 500 applicable for Sunday/festival day joining/interviews.
- Replacement Exclusion: Not available if client is abusive, unpaid, or alters agreed
- No Legal Liability: com is not responsible for theft, damage, or misconduct post-hiring.
- Brand Protection: Any misuse of com brand identity or materials is prohibited.
- Digital Acceptance: Registration or service use implies full acceptance of these terms—no physical signature
- Jurisdiction & Arbitration: All disputes to be resolved via arbitration under Indian law, venue:Mumbai.
